Coming from the high altitude Guji region of Ethiopia, coffee that is produced here is often intercropped with various food crops to maximise the yield provided on farming lands. This style accounts for almost 50% of coffee grown in this region.
This grade 1 microlot natural undergoes laborious hand sorting to remove under ripe cherries before being dried for 10-12 days.
In the cup, we're getting subtle melon vibes with a clean cranberry note, and a smooth dark chocolate finish
